Shipping charges for all orders under $200 are dependent on the weight and size of the package, along with the delivery postcode. Standard shipping is available by entering your delivery postcode in your shopping bag. You will be able to view the estimated shipping charge prior to checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your online purchase is complete, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after purchase. Some items are of limited stock and may take up to 10 business days to dispatch due being made to order. Customers will be notified of any dispatch delays
Any orders enquiries with custom features that are not shown on website can be sent via email to email@example.com and estimated dispatch time will be sent prior to order confirmation.
EXCHANGES are available on all products including sale and promotional items (within 14 days of purchase).
REFUNDS are available on all products excluding sale and promotional items (within 14 days of purchase).
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any plant purchases, due to the perishable nature of the product.
How do I know my order is shipped?
Once item is ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
What happens if my items get lost in the mail?
The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email. If your items are unable to be located by the carrier, we will lodge an enquiry from our end. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries.
What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?
A failed delivery attempt card will be left at your chosen address. This will direct you to your nearest Post Office to collect the item - proof of identity will be necessary. If you miss the 2nd delivery attempt your item will be returned to the courier depot for your collection or you can arrange a 3rd delivery attempt - at your own cost.
What happens if I receive an incorrect item, or am missing an item?
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item on your order, please email email@example.com straight away and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you. We will also arrange to reimburse for return postage of any incorrect items.
